Who may use it

OCEAN MES is private software operated by Ocean Formulations for its own staff and authorised contractors. Access is granted by Ocean Formulations and may be withdrawn at any time. There is no public sign-up, and no part of the system is offered as a service to anyone else.

Acceptable use

Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Users may access only the data their role requires, and only for Ocean Formulations' business. Attempting to reach another user's data, to bypass an access control, or to interfere with the service is not permitted.

Data in the system

Records in OCEAN MES — production, inventory, quality and shipping data — belong to Ocean Formulations. The system keeps an audit trail of who changed what; users should expect their actions in it to be attributable. Data handling in the Google Sheets integration is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and accuracy

The system is provided as-is, for internal operational use. Shipment status shown in it is assembled from third-party carrier and tracking data, which can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. It is an aid to planning, not a warranty of where anything is, and it does not replace the carrier's or forwarder's own documentation.

Ocean Formulations gives no warranty of uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability to third parties for decisions taken on the basis of information displayed by this system.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the system changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
